Exam revision

Know it all by the exam

Give a project its exam date. Its notes come back to review more and more often until then, the last time the day before, and you can see how much of it you know.

Revision that plans itself

No timetable to draw up: the date is enough.

  • Closer together as the day nears

A note’s next review is never more than halfway to the exam, so everything comes round again and again, the last time the day before.

  • See what you know

The project shows how many of its notes you know, and Knowledge colours each one: green known, amber learning, red slipping.

  • Quizzed, not just reread

When a note is due, answer three questions on it from memory, or go through your own cards.

  • Gaps, found in time

Missing topics suggests what a note builds on that you haven’t written about yet, while there’s still time to.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. Exam dates, reviews and your own cards are free on every plan. Quizzes are free up to 10 a month.

What if I have several exams?

Give each course its own project and each project its date. Each one’s notes are paced to its own exam.

What happens after the exam?

Its notes go back to the usual schedule, coming back less and less often, so what you learnt stays.

When does a note count as known?

Once you’ve remembered it three reviews in a row. It slips if it goes too long without one.
